To sum up the Azalea motel in one word……….PERFECT…. A most enjoyable 3 night stay. The room had a very large comfortable bed, two lounge chairs to view a huge TV. Fully equipped with jug, toaster, hair dryer and even an iron. The beautiful bathroom came with a delicious rain shower. I booked with booking .com where there is a special requests tab. Being a scotch drinker I requested ice and Lisa the manager made sure there was adequate ice each evening. Another nice touch was a bucket of water and broom with a blade to wash all those nasties off the windscreen associated with country driving. A perfect stay that I can highly recommend.

This motel has so much potential and they are certainly putting in the effort to bring this classic up to polish. New bathroom renovation and Clean amenities the room provides everything you need for a very comfortable stay. More comfortable than my own bed at home... It's obvious they are in the process of updating and there are some tasks to do around the grounds however the pool was sparkling and a welcomed oasis after a hot long day travelling. Very well worth the affordable price point. I will stay there again easy.

The check-in and access to the property and room were super easy. Friendly greeting from staff. The bathroom was up to date and clean, as was the rest of the room. All convenient appliances were available - toaster microwave kettle hairdryer, and iron, and extra pillows as well. The table and chairs in the room was also handy. It looks like the rooms can be linked through a door - great for a family or groups.

This was my second stay in this motel with well-equipped and renovated rooms. Perfect for trips into the Warrumbangles NP. Restaurants and shops are only a short drive away in the city center. When the wifi was not properly working, the manager immediately offered me a different room - perfect.

Fantastic location with great staff, a lovely pool to cool down in after a day's drive and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep helped prepare us for a 1250km drive the following day. Highly recommend as a rest stop and I'd love to come back and explore the area more
